Mendiants, small round pucks of dark or milk chocolate sprinkled with hazelnuts, almonds and dried fruit, are a classic in chocolate making. The special Araku touch: the hazelnuts and almonds are caramelised with cane sugar, and Araku coffee beans are added to obtain mendiants that are even more yummy and crunchy!
