Araku's Signature coffee symbolises the aromatic balance and fullness of Araku coffees. It has chocolate, spice and herbaceous aromas. It is a coffee that everyone can enjoy, with its exquisite, bold character.
Grown in selected villages, Signature coffee can be prepared in any way. We particularly recommend using it as ground coffee in filters, coffee makers or cafetières.Ingredients and allergens

Selection
Araku Selection is a particularly strong and full-bodied coffee with a subtle hint of bitterness. It has butter and spice aromas. A bold, full-bodied and pungent coffee. Coming from selected parcels, Araku’s Selection coffee is best prepared with espresso machines or moka pots.

Grande Reserve
Araku Grande Reserve represents the perfect balance between fullness and intensity. It exhibits complex notes of berry and citrus, spices, caramel, vanilla and leather. A truly magnificent coffee.

Early Harvest
Fresh, lively and light-bodied, Araku’s Early Harvest coffee is made with the season’s first coffee cherries. With its berry, citrus and herbaceous notes, this coffee is for connoisseurs who like a light-bodied coffee with intense aromas. Coming from selected parcels, Araku’s First Harvest coffee has a nice touch of acidity balanced by a harmonious fruity intensity. Particularly suited to milder brewing methods.

High Altitude
Araku’s High Altitude coffee is made from slowly ripened coffee beans, which produce stronger, more complex flavours. It has a deliciously refined taste and distinct spicy notes, all highlighted by its light roast. A singular coffee. Coming from the finest parcels, High Altitude is particularly suited for milder brewing methods, such as coffee filters.

MICRO-LOT 2022
The GEMS OF ARAKU is an annual competition that rewards the best plots in the Araku Valley, India.
We offer you an exclusive limited edition of one of these exceptional micro-lots of the year 2022: it will surprise you with its sweet aromas of roasted hazelnuts, balanced by final notes of red berries. Long in mouth, this coffee is appreciated for its aromatic finesse and roundness.
Its design by artist Leona Rose will take you on a journey to the Araku Valley in the Bay of Bengal, through the diversity of its flora and fauna.
