Araku has selected BNP Paribas as its banking partner to ensure that your payments are made in complete confidence on BNP Paribas’ secure Mercanet portal.
When placing your order, you can select the following cards to pay with:
- Bank Card
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
If you wish to use your PayPal account, you can also select this payment method while placing your order.
Your order will be validated and shipped as soon as your payment is confirmed by our banking partner.
We cannot accept payment upon delivery or by invoice.

Shipping and delivery status
In order to guarantee you fast delivery and tracking, we have selected Chronopost to handle all our deliveries.
Your order will receive the utmost care while being prepared in our warehouse located in the Paris region, as well as during shipping.
Your order will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours after its validation, as late as 6 p.m. on the day of delivery.
If you are not at home, your order will be left at the nearest post office and a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox.

Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back
If you are not satisfied with your product, we provide you with the option of cancelling within 15 days from the date of receipt. To do this, just download the cancellation form and send it to the following address: ARAKU COFFEE – Customer Services – 14, rue de Bretagne – 75003 Paris – FRANCE. We will then refund your money within 14 days after receiving your product back. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
We will only accept products that haven’t been opened or used. When returning, the products will have to be protected as they were during shipping. Any product returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, used or opened by the Customer will be considered unacceptable and not subject to refund, and will be shipped back at the Customer’s expense. The Customer will be notified by email or telephone that their return was unacceptable and provided with information on how to pay the shipping costs. ARAKU will only return the unaccepted product once the shipping costs are paid.
Your orders
After validating your order on our website, you will receive an initial email confirming that your order has been processed; you will then receive an email notifying you when your parcel has left our warehouse, along with a link to the carrier's website so that you can track your parcel.
You can also monitor your order as it is being processed by going to the “My Orders” tab in your personal space at www.arakucoffee.com.
Your account
You have the option of creating an Araku customer account that will allow you to save your purchase and payment history, enter your postal address for faster ordering and enjoy extra benefits. To create your account, just click on the icon in the top right corner of the home page and enter your email address.
Your personal data
In accordance with the provisions set forth in French Data Protection Law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, correct and/or delete your personal data at any time.
