Our can of Signature ground specialty coffee develops aromas of chocolate, green pepper and vegetal. With a medium roast, Signature 100% Arabica coffee adapts perfectly to all preparation methods. In the ground version, it is particularly suitable for manual filter coffee makers such as the Chemex or the French press. By opting for our ground coffee can and using the slow coffee method, you can enjoy a subtle, full-flavored tasting experience, making the most of the unique characteristics of each brewing method. Preparing specialty coffee : the gentle method with ground coffee

We recommend that you prepare your Signature 100% Arabica ground coffee with an automatic filter coffee maker. This coffee preparation using the gentle method (slow coffee) generally offers precise control of your coffee. You will therefore need an automatic filter coffee machine, signature ground coffee, water and ideally a kitchen scale. We recommend starting with a 1:15 ratio of ground coffee to water. This means adding 15 grams of water for every gram of coffee, or about 3 teaspoons. You can experiment with different ratios to find the one that works best for you.

Each organic coffee producer in the Araku Valley owns their land and plantations. The Araku cooperative then carefully selects the best coffee cherries, which it buys directly from the producers.
