Refund policy
We accept returns on non-perishable products (equipment and accessories).
Returns are refused on coffees in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code "the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly".
In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 (right of withdrawal) of the French Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER has a period of 14 days in which to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to give any reason. The period begins on the day on which the CUSTOMER or the third party designated by the CUSTOMER receives the ORDER. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER must notify ARAKU FRANCE of their decision to withdraw within the legal time limit, by sending an email to contact@arakucoffee.com.
With the buyer's agreement, ARAKU FRANCE may supply a good of equivalent quality and price and in this case, the return costs will be borne by ARAKU FRANCE. If no agreement is reached between the CLIENT and ARAKU FRANCE, the return costs will be at the CLIENT's expense. The CLIENT has 14 clear days from the date of retraction to return the goods to ARAKU FRANCE. The product(s) must be returned in new condition (not consumed, not worn, not damaged or soiled) and must not have been subject to prolonged use (beyond the time required for testing). They must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories.

The Customer is responsible for the packaging of his product(s), which must be made in such a way that the product(s) can travel without risk of breakage or damage. Only products returned in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.) and suitable for resale will be accepted. The products must not have been opened or tampered with. They must be protected for the return as they were when they were sent. Any product returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged, opened or opened by the Customer will be considered non-compliant, will not be reimbursed and will be returned at the Customer's expense. The Customer will be informed by email or telephone of the non-conformity of the return and of the method of payment for the transport costs. ARAKU will only return the non-conforming product once the transport costs have been paid.
In the event of a return respecting the conditions mentioned above, ARAKU FRANCE will proceed with the reimbursement of the returned products at the latest within 10 days following the return of the goods. This refund will be made by transfer to the CUSTOMER's bank account.
As an exception to the provisions of article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER does not have a withdrawal period following receipt of an order for coffee or dry pastries (granola or other).
In accordance with the law, this right cannot be exercised for edible goods for health and safety reasons.
