How does it work?

Place your filter into the top of the Chemex. Rince it with hot water to remove the paper taste and to warn the Chemex. Discard the rinse water. Put your ground coffee into the filter cone. Slowly pour your hot water using a circular motion. Once the coffee is brewed, lift the filter and discard. 

Preparation tips

The grind: coarse
Quantities: 30-35g of coffee / 75cl of water. 

Water: non-boiling (94°c), filtered or spring water.
