The "Cold Brew" method is a process where coffee is extracted with cold water, allowing the coffee to infuse 8 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. This method has the advantage of bringing out even more aromas than during a "normal" extraction with hot water.
The Hario cold brew coffee filter in bottle is easy to use and easy to clean, since all parts are detachable and dishwasher safe.
How does it work?
Pour ground coffee into the filter (60g), close it and screw it to the bottle. Then pour cold water (700ml) through the opening of the bottle, until the filter is completely soaked. Leave your bottle in the refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours to infuse the coffee.
After the desired infusion time has been reached, remove the filter. Your coffee is ready! The bottle allows you to preserve your cold coffee for a few days.
