The Coffee Shop is located at 18 rue Soufflot, in the heart of the Latin Quarter in the 5th arrondissement of Paris. The boutique is located on one of the most emblematic streets in Paris, halfway between the Panthéon and the Luxembourg Gardens. To ensure continuity between our projects, we worked with the same architects as for our flagship store, the Delordinaire firm . We took what worked and went further to create a more detailed, more ergonomic, more stylish, and more unique space.

Barista & specialty coffee

To showcase the work of our farmers, all our baristas are trained according to the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association. However, we remain serious without taking ourselves too seriously. No strict rules here, unlimited sugar for your espresso, latte, cold brew, matcha, filter coffee, Cubano, or mocha—you're free to do as you wish!
