Five years after Orea's first metal brewers, this version marks a return to basics: high-quality stainless steel imported from South Korea, without coating, without finishes, without artifice.

Its double-wall construction is at the heart of the proposal. The brewing chamber is thermally insulated by an air pocket that maintains heat throughout the extraction, without the exterior of the brewer becoming scalding to the touch. The inner wall is electropolished, a process that eliminates any micro-porosity that could introduce a metallic taste, while the exterior is hand-polished to a unique finish, between brushed and mirror, specific to this Raw series. The solid steel base is precisely welded to the double-wall body to provide stability and solidity without resorting to a second material.
