The first coffee shop of the organic specialty coffee brand Araku, it opened in 2016 in the Marais district of Paris. Because a specialty coffee deserves a beautiful setting, it was completely renovated in 2023 by the architectural firm Delordinaire. Natural materials, plants, and a red clay bar are a nod to the meaning of Araku in the language of our Indian coffee producers.

To enhance the work of our farmers, all our baristas are trained according to the standards of the Specialty Coffee Association. But we are serious without a spirit of seriousness.
