Sourced from the highlands of Doravalasa village, in the heart of India's Araku Valley, this rare organic coffee is hand-harvested between November and January. Each cherry is picked at perfect ripeness, guaranteeing exceptional quality. Thanks to a natural drying process, this coffee reveals a remarkable aromatic complexity and balance, characteristics of the finest specialty coffees. Certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), our Doravalasa Microlot is lightly roasted to enhance its floral and fruity notes, making it perfectly suited to gentle brewing methods.
