Drawing inspiration from the art of Japanese folding for a more precise brew, the Origami dripper is expertly crafted, featuring a series of 20 folds to fully extract the richness and complexity of your specialty coffee. This method earned Jian Ning Du victory at the Brewers Cup World Championships in 2019, while being handmade from porcelain in Japan.

How to prepare your coffee with an Origami dripper?

Prepare your slow coffee with the Origami dripper for 3 cups using 20g of specialty ground coffee, 300ml of water, a kettle and 3 minutes. Start by humidifying the filter, add the ground coffee, heat the water to 88-90°C, perform a pre-infusion with 60ml of water, wait 45s and pour 150g of water in a circular manner. Finally, pour the rest of the water after it has completely drained, remove the Origami filter holder and mix the coffee in the carafe for perfect homogeneity.
