In fact, each coffee comes from a plot of land or a village in the Araku Valley hand-picked by our coffee expert Hippolyte Courty for its distinctive terroir. The beans are specially roasted to bring out their specific character.

Araku Signature symbolises the aromatic balance and fullness of our coffees. It has chocolate, spice and herbaceous aromas. A coffee with an exquisite, bold character that is easy to enjoy.

Araku Selection is a particularly strong and full-bodied coffee with a subtle hint of bitterness. It has butter and spice aromas. A bold, full-bodied and pungent coffee.

MICRO CLIMATE

Araku Microclimate comes from the best parcels located in a single village in the valley of Araku. It is full-bodied with bold notes verging on fruity, almost sugary, and a touch of bitterness. A characteristically rich, smooth coffee.

Araku Early Harvest is a fresh and lively light-bodied coffee made with the season’s first coffee cherries. It has berry, citrus and herbaceous aromas. For connoisseurs who like a light-bodied coffee with intense aromas.
